These Terms and Conditions apply to the USCitizenNow mobile application.

By downloading, accessing, or using USCitizenNow, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. App Purpose

USCitizenNow is an educational study app designed to help users prepare for the U.S. citizenship test.

The app may include civics questions, practice quizzes, mock tests, interview preparation, progress tracking, language support, and offline study tools.

2. No Government Affiliation

USCitizenNow is an independent app.

USCitizenNow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, or the U.S. government.

Users should always verify current citizenship test information through official USCIS resources.

3. Educational Use Only

USCitizenNow is provided for educational and study purposes only.

The app does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, immigration representation, or government services.

Using the app does not guarantee that you will pass the citizenship test or that any immigration application will be approved.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

- Studying official USCIS materials

- Verifying current answers before your interview

- Preparing for your naturalization process

- Managing your subscription

- Using the app lawfully

5. Subscriptions and Payments

USCitizenNow may offer paid subscriptions or premium features.

Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.

Subscription pricing, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through:

iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → USCitizenNow

6. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it is available only according to Apple’s and the app’s displayed purchase terms.

After the trial ends, your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled before the trial period ends.

Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited if you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

7. Refunds

All payments and refunds are handled by Apple.

8. App Content

We try to keep study content accurate and useful. However, citizenship test answers may change due to elections, appointments, or government updates.

You should confirm current answers through official USCIS resources before your interview.

9. Account and Guest Use

If the app offers sign-in, you are responsible for keeping your account information secure.

The app may allow guest use without account registration.

Subscription restore is handled through Apple ID and does not require sharing payment information with us.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of USCitizenNow is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how the app handles data, subscriptions, analytics, crash reports, notifications, and local study progress.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

- Misuse the app

- Copy, resell, or redistribute app content without permission

- Reverse engineer or attempt to damage the app

- Use the app for illegal purposes

- Interfere with app security or subscription systems

- Upload malicious content or attempt unauthorized access

12. Intellectual Property

USCitizenNow, including its design, branding, app layout, software, and original content, belongs to the app owner.

Government or public USCIS materials remain the property of their respective official sources.

13. Third-Party Services

USCitizenNow may use third-party services for subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, or app functionality.

These services may include Apple and RevenueCat.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Availability and Updates

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

We are not responsible if the app is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network problems, App Store issues, or third-party services.

15. Disclaimer

USCitizenNow is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, always current, or suitable for every user’s specific situation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USCitizenNow and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
